HPE, which absorbed DEC, maintains on-lime documentation for some versions of VMS
VMS Software Inc. licensed VMS for Alpha, Itanium, x86 and future architectures from HP. Although it did not licens VAX-VMS, the documentation that it maintains is largely applicable.
